Your first session is a 75-minute intake appointment. Kristen will take time to understand your history, experiences, and what recovery means for you specifically.
Step 3: Begin Personalized Treatment
Ongoing 45- or 60-minute sessions — on a cadence that works for your life — using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and HAES® principles tailored to your needs.
