At Balanced Brain and Body, Connecticut residents have direct access to Kristen Forman, LCSW — a therapist who has spent her entire career focused on eating disorder recovery, rooted in evidence-based methods and the Health at Every Size® framework.
Because therapy is delivered via secure telehealth, you can access expert, compassionate care from Hartford, New Haven, Stamford, or anywhere in Connecticut without a commute or a waiting room.
